Can anyone advice me on pillow allergy?

I am allergic to dust mites that can live in pillows. My allergist sent me to a pharmacy that sells pillow covers for allergy sufferers. The store also sells mattress covers. The covers are porous, but the pores are too small for dust mites to pass through. It might not be a bad idea to be tested for allergies.

What kind of pillow are you allergic too and how do you know it is the pillow and not something else?
A lot of people are allergic to goose down. Maybe you should get one of those hypoallergenic pillows that they sell at BB&B and other fine retailers.
If it is a fiber-filled pillow, get a new pillow. Most docs recommend a new pillow every 6 months.
