How can I rid off my allergy (rhinitis - is it the right spelling?) without taking medicines?

1st u should try to recognize the cause,it may b Inhaler(hay, pollen, dust, extrem cold or heat etc,),Ingestant(chocolate, fish, milk, etc.)Drug(penicillin,sulpha),L... make up, certain clothes)
Then u should try to avoid
There's also treatment called"Desensetization" after recocgnizing the offending cause using gradual incresing dose of it till there's no allergy.
The cause of the allergy should be ruled out. If it is really bothering you then better consult an allergologist! Skin testings are done to determine which is causing your allergy. It is quite an expensive examination. Some health cards dont pay for it. Better ask first your health card provider ! Usually once you know which are the allergens causing your allergy, then desensitization is being done. At least you know what to avoid than always buying medications. Though testing is quite expensive, it will turn out to be cost effective in the end.
