How do i get rid of dark, puffy, allergy bags under my eyes?

ive had dark bags under my eyes forever and nothing willl make them go away. i even tried a cream that cost like $120 and nothing happened. im out of ideas.

Try the following--
1.- Place chilled cucumber slices over your eyelids for 10 minutes. Cucumber contains natural astringent that constricts
blood vessels around the eyes, making puffiness deflate.
2.- Place moistened cold caffeinated tea bags over your eyes.
3.- Rinse your face in cold water. When you wake up or when
puffy eyes attack any time of the day. Cold temperature reduces
eye swelling.
4.- Cut back on amount of salt as salt is a major cause of bags under the eyes.Beware of hidden salts-found in snacks, prepared
food, fast food etc. Read the food label for their sodium (salt )
content.
5.- Sleep with two pillows. Elevating your head while you sleep,
helps in reducing morning eye puffiness.
6.- Drink 8 large glasses of water daily. When a person is dehydrated, body starts storing water as a defence mechanism
and this will add puffiness around the eyes.
slick potatoe or cucumber and lay them on your eyes. 20-30 min. notice the difference!!!
preperation H.
Raw Potatoe or Cucumbers.... maybe even code spoon.
I read before on a medical site that bags are often influenced by heredity. So there may be some minor cosmetics things you can do (I don't know them), but you may have to live with some of it too.
