Sushi allergy?

I tried sushi for the first time about three days ago. As soon as I finished I got a killer stomach ache, and had to take medication for it. Basically the day after, I had these painful sores on the roof of my mouth, and it hurts to eat. Could it be an allergic reaction to the sushi? I tried:

California Rolls
and a little bit of a Spider Roll.

I have no known allergies (or any allergies to other fish) and I also haven't really brushed my teeth recently (though I have these past two days.)

it was for the stomach pain, also. I had no allergy symptoms other than that right then.

It could be. When you took the medicine was it allergy medicine or for the stomach pain?

Both rolls appear to contain crab meat, which is something a lot of people are allergic to. You could be having a worsening reaction to the crab. Then again, it could be the rice or something else in them, but I'd be leery of the crab. Where there any other symptoms, like wheezing or a rash?

It's also possible that there was something in them that you aren't really allergic to but was an irritant anyhow. Food intolerance is different than an allergy but can be almost as limiting. A trip to see an allergist to be tested for crab or other seafood allergy might be in order.
