I was recently diagnosed with an egg, seafood and beef allergy. It cuts down so many options. Help!!?

I have been eating veggies, chicken, ground turkey burger, rice and potatoes. Will eating out be possible??? DOES ANYONE KNOW IF I CAN EAT PIZZA WITH AN EGG ALLERGY?

If you choose to eat out, you will need to be VERY careful. Not only will you need to inquire about ingredients in what you order, but you will also need to make sure that there is no cross-contamination with your allergens. In adults,a seafood allergy is typically severe, often causing anaphylaxis. You should ask your doctor about the severity of your egg and beef allergies.

Do not assume that pizza is a safe food for you! You will need to ask at each restaurant about the specific ingredients. Check out the Food Allergy and Anaphylaxis Network at http://www.foodallergy.org/. They have restaurant cards and lots of helpful information for folks who are new to food allergy.

The good news is that eggs and seafood are considered top 8 allergens. Therefore, they are clearly labeled by manufacturers in the U.S. The bad news is that beef isn't a top 8 allergen, which will make it more difficult for you to avoid.
Yes you can eat pizza as there are no eggs on a pizza and none in the crust. Is you seafood allergy just shellfish or is it all fish? You can still eat pork, chicken, turkey, cornish hen, pheasants, goose, and duck for meats as well as things like veggie burgers etc. You can eat lots of fruits, veggies, pasta and rice so you have a lots of choices to choose from. Eating out should be no problem so long as you order things other than beef or whatever seafood it is you are allergic to.
I'm sure you can still go out to eat but make it very clear to your server of what you are allergic to. Also, try vegetarian and vegan friendly foods. They won't contain any of the things you are allergic to.
you just have to check ingredients very carefully. and at resterants as if they put certian things in the food you want to order. trust me i know how you feel. im allergic to milk, tomatoes (and anything else acidic, but tomatoes are the worst), kiwis, mushrooms, and (i think) preztals (sicne i get naucaus every time i have them)
living with 5 different allergies
Well, looks like you do not have any other choice. If you are allergic to certain foods, it is best to avoid them. Be thankful that you can eat many other things. Many westerners are already turning to vegetables. They help growth and body. It is best to adapt to something alternate which agrees with your body.

Yes you can eat a pizza without the allergic ingredients. Try mushrooms, they are great in taste and nutrients. Eat soya bean chunks, they taste like any other non-veg foods with the flavor added to them. You will never notice the difference.
My allergies are very similar to yours. Allergies are the over reaction of your immune system to antigens(whatever you are allergic to). It is usually the over production of white cells call eosinophils. What you may want to do is every now and then try small portions of what you are allergic to so the your immune system can create antibodies to suppress the eosinophils. If even the smallest amount causes you intolerable discomfort then stay away from it and hope that you out grow it. You body changes about every 7 years so you will see changes in your allergy and your reaction to things.
