I started getting a rash on my belly from an allergy to nickel 2 years ago which still flares up...?

It flares up now for almost no reason and i now have little red spots on my sides which itch too... Any ideas what it could be?

Same thing happens to my son. He gets it from belt buckles and snaps on his jeans. Best bet is to go for non metal buttons. Doc said try brass belt buckles(can get at army navy stores)These do not seem to bother him.
you are allegic to all metals except for gold. just like me. it could've been from the buttons on you're jeans. or a belt, etc.... just be carful. nothing to worry about. (you're great and have an awsome soul)
my daughter had the same problem. she stopped nickel and stsrted using silver and she has been ok since
I doubt you are allergic to all metals but yes to nickel and maybe a few more. Are you pierced there still? belt buckle rub on your skin? There are newer piercings that use a non-allergic metal with little to no nickel.

Using gold is yoru best bet or titanium as boht are very biocompatible
Do swimming.
