What is the best OTC (over the counter) medicine for a skin allergy?

I have have good results with neoclarityn
everyone reacts to something differently and its also according to what the allergy is.
benedryl.
Coritzone 10 Maximum strength
First try to determine what the heck caused your reaction and remove it/ get away from it. Take a bath with an Aveeno oatmeal packet to soften and smooth your skin. Use a hydrocortisone cream. Cetaphil cream works wonders too. On small sores you can dab a tiny amount of tea tree oil.
My husband has cancer of the skin. Anything that soothes helps!
benadryl
