Can anybody suggest Sacramenot restaurants or bakeries, not chains) that are gluten/allergy aware?

I don't understand "Sacramenot" - may be why no other answers. It may not be a word, or misspelled. There is a restaurant in Dallas, TX that advertises it's gluten-free but I don't remember its name. Ask at a health food store.
