Omega 3 oil seems to so good for you. but with an allergy to fish i cant take it. where else can i get it?

Flaxseed oil. The supplements referred to in the other answers come from fish.
seven seas capsules . there's also shakes by muller like biotic drink as well as flora margarine enhanced with it.
Flax seed oil. It has omega 3 and other omegas.
you can get omega 3 tablets. try your local supermarket, they're quite reasonable.

some margarines + drinks etc have it in them nowadays as well
You get it in some capsules(ask the pharmacy), eggs, flaxseed oil, meat from animals who were grass fed, milk and cheese from animals who were grass fed.

I believe that you can get this in organic milk.
I agree that flax seed oil is a good source of omega 3

There are also other seed oils like sesame etc.
