Yes, and I have also thrown up so I think I could be allergic.
sometimes, it occurs due to different types of foods we take, not to mentioned the amount of alcohol and other intoxicating liqours. Drink lots fof liquid to flush out the toxins.
Alcohol is a diuretic. So if you drink too much, your going to get the shits. Try all these and see what happens. Drink a lot of alcohol at night, drink coffee and eat some prunes. What results isn't an allergy, it's natures laxative.

If you want to make it more interesting - eat corn along with the above.
