I sneeze for no reason . a few times a week, I don't think i have sinus allergy ,?


But lately , my nose feels weird and i have pain in my head that wont go away..... Ive strugled with migrain headache for 16 years , but i want to see if over the counter sinus medicine will help . because of my new simptoms . and if it does what kind do you recomend?

You could be developing allergies, they can come at any time in your life. Or it could be seasonal. Right now there are alot of dandelion fluffs, etc.
Sounds like you have a hairy nose. Pluck out the hairs (get a facial, they'll take care of that) and you're sneezes will be breezes away.
Maybe you just have allergies, sometimes in the workplace the air is stale. The office I work in has mold, my nose is always itchy and sneezy and customers always say they get a strong mold smell. I have been working there for 16 years, I have always felt conjested and sneezy when I am there when I get out in the fresh air I am just fine. Take some OTC allergy medication if it does not improve see your doctor.
