i had the same thing 2 days ago till u visit ur doctor keep pouring cold water on the itching areas it will cool down the itchiness.
Do you have any antihistamines in the house? If you do, take some of that.
Are there any hives of any kind? A lukewarm bath with oatmeal in it may help as well.
If you start to get short of breath, have any chest pain or notice any swelling around your face or neck, call 911 right away.

Take some Benadryl. Most dr.'s recommend that anyway and it is over the counter
