I need to get rid of a rash under my arms in two days i think its an allergy can u help? what can i do?

it may be an allergy but im not sure! i need help and soon!

If it is a rash, Benadryl Gel will help.

If it is irritation, plain old vaseline ointment will help. But it is messy so you may want to either put it on lightly during the day and a bit heavier at night.

Good luck. Source(s): Been there (but not with the two day deadline.)
Try Benedryl cream or Hydrocortizone cream. Both available at any pharmacy.
Try benedril tabs. If that doesn't help, go see a Doctor. You can also try calamine lotion or hydrocortizone creme.
do you use a lot of underarm deoderant? i had a rash too then i started using less and it went away
yeah, I agree it may be an allergy, and it may be your anti-perspirant/deoderant. That is the first thing I suspect. Best of luck to you.........
You have to buy a crystal deoderant from a health food store (GNC, Vitamin shop, etc.) and stop using your stick deoderant immediately. Use the crystal deoderant, which is all natural, until it is gone than you can go back to your usual.
