After swimming in open pool, my skin on the face got small red patches and pimples ? seems to be allergy ?

this is a common problem as a result of bacteria related to feces being in the water. Probably not enough clorine and someone unclean has been in the pool....

Just kidding. I really have no idea.
visit your doctor or urgent care. if it's folliculitis, you may need an antibiotic.
maybe you have an alergy to chlorine. i do and when i go swimming in pools i become itcy and red and its very irritating. i get acne too. your skin is probably just really sensitive to chlorine.
Sounds live hives. Its a reaction to the chlorine. They usually go away after a few hours to a few days of not being in the pool. If they don't, put some lotion on.
