sounds like she has been kneeling on tarmac, but if it isnt that I would take her to the doctors as it doesnt sound normal to me.
you and you wife are sick and in much danger its a deadly disease known as cardboardboxitus plz go to the doctor or hospital now!

It sounds to me like it could be ring worm, its not only animals that get it, see your GP
