Just trying to figure out if this could be allergies or sinuses.?

Since last night, later at night (around 10 last night and 7 tonight) I've been feeling really... blegh. Mainly just arm and leg pains along with a headache, and my temperature rises up a bit (it's been no higher than 99, but that's still high because I'm normally around 96 or 97). Now I'm just wondering, this only seems to happen when there's higher humidity, and my temperature only rises up at night. Could this just be sinuses or allergies? I suffer bad from both.

Personally, I would seek the advice of a physician. You are right...99 is a temp. (Many "Old school doctors will not admit this.) The pain you are feeling is more than likely from the slight fever you are experiencing.

However, fever is a sign that your body is fighting an infection (Or, inflammation). You need to find out why.

Allergies do not produce fever. However, allergies can cause your immunity to infection to be lowered and thus you could catch a "Bug."

I would wait a few days, providing you do not have worsening symptoms and then if you are not better, GO TO THE doctor.

If your headache worsens AT ANYTIME, you should go sooner than later as you may have a sinus infection IN YOUR HEAD and that is NOTHING to play with.

Check your face...above your eyebrows...does it hurt? Does it hurt under your eyes and around your nose? (Signs of a Sinus infection.)

Temps normally do rise at night when we are sick...just for the record. But that doesn't mean they should be ignored.

If you have a Sinus infection, you may need to start on antibiotic medication and/or steroids, depending on what the Doctor finds.

Good luck.

My daughter has some pretty nasty seasonal allergies, but I have never known her to get a temperature fever when she is suffering with them. I would say you are having a bout of sinusitis.

yes it could be both.
