Question about my dogs//Allergies??

I have 3 dogs..
-1 year old Black Lab/Spaniel, had him since he was 6 weeks.
-4-5 year old Yorkie, had him for about 1 1/2 years.
-1 year old Beagle/Jack Russell, had her since she was 6 weeks.

I just got a new puppy, she is a Rot/Boxer/Coonhound Pup, around the beginning of July everytime I go to hold her or play with her I get these bumps on my arms, hands, face. They itch!
I am allergic to dogs, but not majorly. I have had dogs my whole life. I do go and get an allergy shot e and everach week.
I recently have put out an ad trying to find a new home for the puppy due to it becoming a pain that I can't care for her the way I like. I thought it would be best for her to go somewhere she can be spoiled.
I did ask my nurse that gives me the shots what that is about and she said it's her fur and to bathe her weekly.
But does this mean I am allergic to her or what is the situation??
I have this lady that keeps asking how I can be allergic to her and not my other 3. I am wondering that myself. I figure it's the difference in their furs?? The other 3 have longer fur and the puppy has short fur.
Any ideas??

the dog is not allergic to anything, im allergic to the dog!

After reading your post I was thinking it maybe a couple of things first thing check her out good maybe she is having some kind of reaction to food,laundry soap,our even her shampoo and check her for fleas & ticks Good Luck
