I don't trim my hair on my nose, but if anything just barely touches my nose i feel like sneezing I'm not really sure, but that would make sense. The reason it is recommended to breathe in through your nose and not through your mouth is because your nose "filters" allergens and all those other things we inhale. The nose has a smaller air passageway, so allergens can't get in as easily as they do if you breathe in through your mouth. If it is cold, by breathing in through your nose you can warm up the air that you inhale. And finally, to answer your question, nose hair blocks some allergens from getting in, so trimming your nose hair might make you more prone to allergies. no |
