My Allergies Interfere With My Sleep.? |
My allergies cause me to have a stuffy/runny nose, Are you using any anti-histamines? The histamine response in your body is what's keeping you awake. Try Benadryl before bed. You should try taking Equate Severe Allergy And Sinus from Walmart. If it's not strong enough on it's own, you can combine it with two Chlortabs (also can be purchased at Walmart). This is the only combination that works for me, to get my allergies under control. Once your symptoms are under control you will sleep like a baby. Good luck to you! |
