Did i caught cold ?? or is this an allergy ?

my nose feels soo stuffy and runny and i sneeze all the time when im outside
it started on Thurs. night i was coming back from school at like 8PM i was going thru a park and all of the sudden i started sneezing and my nose got stuffed and tears were coming out of my eyes,i still have itchy throat and nose
i though that i caught a cold cause i was drinking an iced latte and i was only wearing t-shirt and jeans and i had a sweater in my back pack but the weather was really nice it was like almost 60F yesterday
today i feel like im a prisoner at home cause i cant go out as i will sneeze and i cant even breath with my nose
i dont know what to do should i buy some allergy meds like zyrtac or claritin

You can't catch a cold from drinking an iced latte.

Also, because you were running the the park, there may be more pollen about than usual. Find some good allergy medication and you'll be fine. If not consult your GP. xxx

If it came on that suddenly, it'll probably be hayfever - take some anti-histamines and see if it gets any better.

It sounds like you got allergies. Co to your Doctor For medicine
