Need to list different food allergies?

I have to find out why it is important to follow procedures & make sure nursery children are kept safe..Anyone have any ideas please!

Please don't avoid foods on the chance that someone might be allergic to it, you will be cutting out tons of nutrition that way.

Those are a few common ones. But you never know for sure unless you ask the kid's parents. There are some pretty rare allergies out there that you probably wouldn't even have thought of!
