These allergies are gonna be the death of me, any help?

I'm 5 months pregnant. I've taken 2x10mg Zyrtec tabs (with my doctor's permission) and they haven't even touched them. I'm sneezing every five minutes, and blowing my nose about four times as often.

I'm absolutely miserable. Any suggestions?

-Use a humidifier,. That will help a great deal.
-Deep clean your room: Vacuum every inch of your carpet with a high grade vacuum, dust with a damp cloth, clean the blinds and the windows, replace the air filter in the house, wash the curtains and replace the bed linens, mop all floors. Vacuum your mattress ( I kknow it sounds bizzare, but it helps get rig up dust mites and bed mites), shake yoru peillow, air thenm out and put them on direct sunlight for a day.
-Use a netty pot

IT WILL HELP. I PROMISE

Sudefed or Benadryle and a vapor rub... I have really bad allergies through the spring and fall...These always help me and they are safe for you to use with child, I am 37 weeks pregnant right now and the doc has told me I can use it as long as its over the counter

Try one of these http://www.davita-shop.co.uk/light-thera...

I bought Lloyds chemist own version for 拢14 pounds. I felt an idiot sitting there with my nose illuminating red like Rudolph but it worked. After a couple of days I was able to drop hayfever meds. As its drug free its got to be worth a try especially if you can get it cheap like I did

EDIT
If youre in the UK Lloyds currently have it on special again...http://www.lloydspharmacy.com/webapp/wcs...

I sure hope not! Because i dont want to die from my allergies!

Try going into a building with filtered air...
such as a place that has the AC on...

Put the AC on at like 75 in your house and close all the window, make sure you changed the air filter, a dirty air filter wont do any good...

and just try to be away from allergens.

dont take over the counter medication. when your pregnant always ask a professional. please dont take any advice on this page except "call your doctor"

Get a good air purifier for your home. I had to get one when I was pregnant so I could sleep at night.
