Allergies????????????????????? |
How do I know if I'm allergic to something? I'm sneezing a lot even if I'm not sick. I'm sneezing outside too but more inside, like every minute If there are certain things in your house, like certain plants, try removing them for awhile and see if it gets better. If you have animals, see if your sneezing gets better if you're in an indoor environment that is pet free. Your best option is to go to an Allergist. A regular doctor would be okay if you were sick, but if it is constant sneezing, an Allergist has the best tests. Your regular doctor would just be a waste of time and money, and they would only be able to refer you to an Allergist. Go to the doctor, and ask him to run some tests. If you don't feel like going to the doctor, wait a while and see if there are some allergy triggers in your home. Common allergies are pollen, dust, and pets. You might find your allergies will fade off. |
