Any suggestions on allergies?


My allergies are driving me off the wall.
I know there isn't something that can make them go away completely.
Aside from medicine of course.
but is there some quick fix?
like how bananas are good when you have cramps.
because I'm dying.

Well let us see here. My mothers a nurse so she knows most of the foods that may help allergies. But unfortunetly there is really no set food that can help them. You could try taking allergy medicines like you said to try to reduce the symptoms but along the road your going to eventually just have to stick it out. I'm sorry there isn't anymore help than that. Just be strong and stick it out. =) i know you can do it
You need to see your allergist and get started with allergy shots to help control them.
try Claritin-D. if that doesn't work, visit your doctor for something more specific to your needs.
Histamine is most likely the trouble-maker. The answer is an antihistamine, probably with a decongestant. But the best solution if possible, is to avoid the things you're reacting to. Best luck!
i know claritin doesnt work ive tried it. um... id say ne thing that sayd antihistamine on it. and if u have sinus allergyes than id recommend excredrin sinus headache it worked for my family and i. good luck
benadryll allergy med always worked for me. 100% of the time
