Forehead itching from allergies?

For the past year or so, I have had these really weird (and extremely annoying) itches on my forehead. I have also had constant nasal congestion and so eye irritation. After taking many different allergy (and nasal) medications, I started allergy shots last week. My allergist said he didn't know what to tell me concerning my forehead itching, as if the allergies had nothing to do with it. Could allergies have something to do with itching on the face?

Ive had the same problem but havent seen a doctor. My allergies act up and i get itchy too.
