Allergies smoke from forest fires in my town are making me sick.?


I live in Jackson WY and we have fires surrounding us which has socked in our town. I am really light headed and feel dizzy. What can I do to help with the physical un-comfortable feels of the smoke in town. I have horrible allergies so that is not helping at all. We live in the west so we do not have air-conditioners in homes and such so we have to leave our windows open to keep it cool. If not our house can get up to 89 degrees inside. Please help.

You are probably just going to have to take some drixoral.
It can make you sleepy.
But it helps allergies.
And drink a lot of water because you may just be dehydrated which can make you feel light headed and dizzy.
lie on the floor
smoke rises and will stay closer to the ceiling
also, if theres smoke in your house, get the heck out of there and go on a vacation
finally, just wait
the forest fire cant last forever
