I live in south Orange County California. Because of the weather, I sleep with my window open a tad at night, every night. For about the last month, I have had a sore throat (minor) on my right side. This morning, the left side was VERY sore. Could having my window open, even though it is very temperate at night, be the cause of this? Could it be some form of allergy? Thanks.
You live in an area which is pretty dry, if you are mouth-breathing during the night that will dry your throat out and make it sore. You could try using the "Breathe-right" nasal strips to make sure your sinuses don't block up in the night so you don't have to mouth-breathe. If it carries on, see your doctor. |
