I have a yorkie pomeranian mixed he will be 1 years old he seems to have really bad allergies and choking?

what are some things you suggest to do for this

The "choking" could be a collapsed trachea or a heart condition. Tracheal collapse is very common in small breeds. Best to have your vet check him out.

If he is snorting or honking, it could be a reverse sneeze.

Have you asked your vet if he has asthma? My pomchi mix has asthma and my mom chiterrier mix has asthma. Seems like small dogs might be more prone to allergies and asthma based on our experience. Also, if you just got him recently, maybe he has kennel cough from the breeder or shelter.
hm...bad allergies and choking? if you're dog seems to be choking then call your VET. get advice that way, and take your dog in for an exam. They may prescribe meds for you dog and it may poss be something completely different from what you thought. Either way call around if you don't have a set vet as exam charges may differ from vets, and avoid animal hospitals unless it seems to be an emergency as they'll charge double than a veterinarian clinic.

Make sure you clean your house, furnitures, toys, beds, anything that the dog will come in contact with really really well. Try to get rid of all the dust and hairballs in the house that way you're pup will be able to breath better. Also, make sure they are not allergic to the cleaners you are using. I'm not sure if that will stop the problem but it will definitely help a little. My pups are going thru the same thing and so are some of my friend's pups. A clean environment always makes them happy and have less problems!
