What fruits and vegatables are the least likely to cause allergies?

I've been getting swollen lips and throat and doctor recommended I go on an elimantion diet. I was thinking of eating nothing but chicken and rice for a few weeks. I suspect that I'm allergic to something in bread like wheat, gluten or yeast. What other foods are safe to eat while on an elimination diet? Would it be okay to eat oatmeal for breakfast and which fruits and vegetables are pretty safe? Any advice is appreciated as my doctor is of no help.

THE stone fruits (peaches, apricots, nectarines, etc.) are least likely to cause allergy. Oats could be better tolerated than wheat.

Start adding foods back one at a time, for a minimum of 3 days. As for veggies, start with one color or type (yellow, green, root, etc.)
