What's good to take when suffering with food allergies? Foods that have soy, peanuts and wheat in it.?

I've been taking benadryl and sprays, and nothing seems to be working for me!

Oh my , i have those exact same allergies, plus a few more. also take benadryl , but I have found it best to avoid those foods. It means reading every label of prepared and bought food and preparing home cooked foods most often. It can be done and I am proof! I am 54 and I enjoy a nice social life as well. I go out to dinner frequently and know what to avoid. You can do it!
Go see a doctor or allergist for this
Do you mean your allergic to those foods? I would have thought that staying off those foods would be enough. Why do you need medicines as well? If medications don't work, then you can get relief by seeing a clinical Hypnotherapist. It is said you can get hypnotised and lose the allergy.Have you tried that?
