While my brother was out on the streets, he injured a little girl, whose parents threatened to sue Reagan & the State if my brother were not reinstated at Napa State Hospital. Reagan, who was quite possibly one of the most popular presidents of the last century, was a most destructive element, and the repercussions of some of the decisions that he made back then will be felt for a long time to come.
