What's the probability of this person getting Alzheimer's Disease? |
It's kinda personal but she's 40 and went through anxiety and is still healing from it and doing quite well..laughing again and stuff but there's time se'll have panic attacks. Is this an early stage for having Alzheimer's disease? Shoul she get tested for it? Or not because usually when she goes to the doctor relating about anxiety/stress she'll start to get really nervous d panic attacks when going to the doctor. Evn mentioning anxiety really hurts her...So if I were to rccomend her testing to Alzheimer would it be a good idea? And testing her for Alzheimer would it reduce the chances of her getting it? Thanks No it is not an early stage of Alzheimer's Disease. It is just anxiety and that is taking over a different part of the brain, not the part of the brain that Alzheimers Disease takes over. She should not be tested for it. She should just go to a psychologist near her and get some help about her anxiety. I have anxiety but I don't have Alzheimer's and with a great pschologist, any anxiety problem can be fixed. You are just wasting money to get her tested for Alzheimer's because it is very, very rare to get Alzheimer's disease when she's under 60. And by the way, Alzheimer's disease effects about what the person remembers that day. If she doesn't remember family members, then take her in to get tested for Alzheimer's Disease. But if she does remember family members, just don't do anything about it. Nothing can stop Alzheimer's disease so why would she get tested for it if there is no way to stop it? Think about it. |
