Does losing weight lower ANDROGEN levels in the body (for males)?


All cardio aerobic excersise. No weight training.

Actually, it's the other way around, in a manner of speaking. Adipose (Fat tissue) increases your estrogen levels, which counteract your androgen in some respects (for example, kills the sex drive). So if you lose weight, your estrogen is what goes down, so your libido and energy goes up.
