How do i no if i have an Anxiety Disorder? How should i tell my Parents?

Okay so I'm always Tierd i look sick alot. I never sleep. I eat alot more then i used to. I don't have fun doing stuff anymore. I freak out alot. I break down for no reasson. I have had 2 panic attakes last month. And they were over nothing. I also have trouble breathing, have head aches alot and i just worry about nothing. Please help

You don't need to worry about what the name of it is -- something is causing you to be really uncomfortable. Let a doctor examine you and figure out exactly what you have.

Just try to explain to your parents that you are having these symptoms and are not able to control them yourself and that you want to see someone who can help you feel better.

i think you should talk to your doctor and ask to see a psychiatrist for a referal. goodluck

This obviously sounds like an anxiety disorder and/or depression. I am not a professional though. You need to tell your parents that you're worried about your mental health and that you need to seek help soon. Don't be afraid.

Yes, you have an anxiety disorder because of the symptoms you describe. There could be a medical cause so a physical has to be done to rule that out or find it.
You just tell your parents your symptoms and they will help you. Usually these disorders have a genetic component so i would not be surprised if your parents are already familiar with the condition.

sounds more like depression to me, tell a close family member like you parents, and tell them everything you typed, make sure they understand just how serious you are and get some help, i hope you get better soon ^__^
