For those who suffer from an anxiety disorder?

what are your symptoms? do you feel like passing out at times or like your having a heart attack? do you get dizzy and do your eyes get dialated??

i have really bad anxiety and i want to see if others have the same symptoms

is there a diet i can go to get rid of this??

I have the same symptoms as you plus sometimes I feel shortness of breath .. I thought I am crazy.. i feel like I am drunk all the time and I always thing about some bad things ..I went to an ER because of that and the doc prescribed me some medication which really help me a lot ..but the best thing to do is to try to deal with it by yourself which is very hard but not impossible .. good luck

I sometimes have shortness of breathe, feeling like I am about to have a heart attack, shaking all over, and dizzy sometimes. Never really paid attention to my eyes though.

I have other side effects too. I am on medication now which helps a lot.
