I have an anxiety disorder and need help!? |
i have a hard time going to school and stuff like that... my mom is making me start a job tomorrow and i keep having pannic attacks... what do i do to make them stop? i just started medication but it hasnt kicked in yet... they said i need to give it a few weeks. im just confused and dont know what to do! I feel for ya, talk to a doc. Wouldn't you also be pissed if I answered your question in the half-assed manner you did on mine, and left a link that has nothing to do with your question? Yes, you need some sort of medication to help you get through the anxiety. You can take anti-depressants for panic attacks. They just stabilise you so you don't get worked up about things. You also need to do practice breathing. It sounds pretty naff, but all you need to do is actively calm yourself when you feel yourself getting worked up. I hear exercise is also good for mental health. Just go for a run around the nearest park every couple of days. just cruise my freind relax dont worry about the small stuff a good routine like work and school every day is a good thing a job is a lot more than a pay check purpose and self esteem can come with it school is a good place too see youre freinds and see new people chill out and you will live a lot longer. |
