Generalized anxiety disorder.?

I have had it for a month and a half. Do i still have a generalized anxiety disorder if i am able to stop the worrying.

No, you don't. To meet criteria for Generalized Anxiety Disorder, symptoms must be present for a period of 6 months or more. At only a month and a half, your symptoms do not meet that criteria.

It's possible you have or did have another type of less severe anxiety disorder or adjustment disorder. Often, adjustment disorders, which are quite common, can resolve on their own without professional treatment.
