I feel like I have depression, OCD, social anxiety and and an eating disorder.?

I'm pretty sure I have depressions, and have had for many years.

I also think I may have OCD, social anxiety and possibly and eating disorder.

When drinking from a glass, I always have to drink 2 or 7 mouth fulls. I have no idea why. I'm fussy with the way I write things. When I was younger and used to have bad dreams and call out to my parents, I always had to count to three, three times before I called out. Yes I know it's weird. There are many other little things like that, that I have to do. Sometimes I'll just get random thoughts, and if I don't do them I feel something bad will happen. I can usually get over this and just not do whatever I feel I have to though.
Do I have OCD? (not severely, but just a bit)

I'm very shy and quiet. Whenever I talk to someone, I'm always worried about what I say. At lunch times at school, I'm always stressed that I won't be able to find my friends and I'll be alone. I hate my self a lot, and m very self conscious.

(this part didn't fit)
I always feel people are watching me and thinking bad stuff about me.
So do I have social anxiety?

I don't like eating in front of people. I feel really uncomfortable. After I've eaten, I feel guilty and wish I hadn't. Sometimes I'm okay with my weight, but some days I think I'm really fat. I've thought of making myself throw up after eating, but I haven't.
Do I have an eating disorder?
Am I starting to develop one?

Any opinions are welcome, just please take this seriously and nothing mean.
Thanks.

Most of your symptoms you described tend to be common with OCD. OCD is an anxiety disorder where the person has unwanted intrusive thoughts that are difficult to control and does repetitive pointless rituals that are very time consuming such as counting, having to do random things a certain number of times, excessive handwashing, checking, and preoccupation with order and symmetry, and perfectionistic behavior (in your case, worrying about what to say to others). I strongly encourage you to talk to soomeone and to get professional help. Hang in there, and don't be afraid to ask for help. Good luck.

You need to see a Dr to be diagnosed properly and from there you can get treatment either medication, counselling or both.
