I have social anxiety disorder and need tips when I have to get in front of class. Can anyone help?

Social anxiety is a very common disorder.I had this disorder myself when i was younger and would take deep breaths before going in front of the class and i would really feel better.

Also making sure you know your presentation or work by hearth will also give you more confidence, and in return, you'll feel less nervous.

Good luck

practice makes perfect. make sure you know what you are going to say, and be confident about it. confidence is the key to everything. also, i like to wear something that i feel really comfortable in so that i'm not uncomfortable in front of anyone. and another thing is to remember that everyone that you are in front of are people just like you. they put on thier clothes just like you do, eat, drink, and sleep, as you do. nobody is better than anybody. these things helped me get over shyness.

well i had that too but then after a couple of presentations I started realizing that I knew most of the people in the class and they didnt care if i messed up or the class didnt really listen so that helped me (if they dont care why should i?). In situations where I didnt know the people I would simply tell myself that they know nothing about me so I should care what they think. But most of all I would practice my presentation so that I knew it well and talked confidently even though I was shaking inside...My chest gets red when im mad, sad or nervous so i would wear shirts that would cover lol. Before I had to present I would think of peaceful things and steady me breathing. Just keep telling yourself that its only a small moment in your life and no one will remember what you said by 2moro. You'll be ok just breath deeply.
