Do you think I have an anxiety disorder? |
I tend to get really anxious about a lot of things and worry a lot. I read that drinking soda and coffee makes it worse so I stopped drinking caffeine. I haven't felt as anxious since then, but I still get just a little bit. But before. I would get really jittery and my heart would beat fast. I think the worse too. I thought my boyfriends parents were lying to me, and they weren't and thats caused us loads of problems. SO. Do you think I have an anxiety disorder and what are some non medical ways to treat?
