Start believing that what happens in life happens for a reason and that as you give to the world,so the world will give to you.Sounds simple and a bit cheesy but try it for a while and see how it goes. What have you got to lose.Let me know how you get on.
you should seek professional help. maybe by that you will be able to be calm and see things as they are. you should also go for yoga lessons to learn how to meditate and control your breathing to be able to control your anxiety.
Go and see your doctor and get some help.

Eating healthy and taking some some of those supplements you find near the pharmacy can really help. Only you will have to research what supplements to take.
My wife is Bi-polar and see sees a psychiatrist regularly and takes medication. I've known many people in the past who have had anxiety disorders and have taken medication for it. I don't think medication is a bad thing, but if you really don't want to take drugs you might try going to a therapist or try alternative medicine. None of those options are cheap, but then again no medical help is cheap.
This can be a real problem, and there are a number of ways forward. You could go to your doctor, who may be able to give you some medication or refer you. or you could try support groups - maybe something like EA could help you?
