find or do something that your comfortable with
like cutting people's grass or odd jobs that dont envolve interviews or working with the public

Well, for the interview, I would say that you should admit to having experienced those problems but try to assure them that you do not expect a recurrence.

However...

If you have not tackled your problems, which seems to be the case, I suggest you start there. I know it's hard, I'm a social anxiety sufferer myself, but it's important. You might want some kind of medication to help you while you work on tackling the root causes, but whatever you choose make it a priority. Only by healing yourself can you heal your life.

This is so typical of people like you and me. After many years of being intimidated and not believing in myself , I have learned a little as what to do about this. It takes a little effort but you can overcome most of this.
Get this personalized book, that I have recommended to everyone I see, and you will start to see change in your self confidence. Once you enforce the good things that you possess, things begin to change.
This book has Your own name throughout the book and has nothing but positive affirmations about YOU . It is very powerful to build your self esteem. Read a little each day and you will see a change. Believe the positive good things about yourself and it will show outwardly.
It will make a huge difference in how you present yourself in every situation. I can't imagine being without mine. Wish I had had it many years ago. Could have saved myself a lot of fretting and grief over situations you mentioned here. This is a powerful way to build you belief system about yourself. I highly recommend this book as well as many others whose names you would know if I mentioned them all to you. It's a great way to help yourslef ! It has to be ordered personally online at the site mentioned below in the source line.

Never tell a job interviewer you medical history. Why would he hire you knowing right away that this is someone with a problem.

How have you addressed your SAD? I'd start there. How are you supporting yourself at 23 with no job? I would suggest a free clinic and speak to someone about your problems. it will build your self confidence and help you deal with your issues.

In some states interviewers are disallowed from asking personal question such as this are u s. a. p.
Also some places you can't even ask age or ethnicity., etc., etc.
