Anxiety disorder/depression...? |
Hello. So far this summer I've been thinking a lot only becuase I've had time to think so much, which isn't really a good thing since I start worrying about so many things. I have fears about myself and becoming "psycho" and im going on a killing rampage but I know that these fears are insecurities and that I personally would never hurt anyone. I need help to sort out my thoughts, can you guys please give me good advice to seek good help or things I should do to get rid of this other than just thinking postively or finding a hobby? Thank you. i meant *and about going on a killing rampage. lol, sorry. Try meditating or look for an mp3 on hypnosis for anxiety/depression. They will help you relax. Trust me they work and it's powerful. Obviously you're taking medications as well. I've had an anxiety/depression myself. I take low dose medications at breakfast and bedtime. Don't stay inside if you have free time in the summer. Go outside, ride a bicycle, go to the beach or visit a swimming pool. Maybe talk to other people and keep your mind on other things. Listen to some soothing music. I hope this helps. Don't worry you're definitely not alone with mild anxiety/depression. You can also talk to me anytime if you feel anxious or someone to talk to that understands. Try to enjoy your summer! I am very pleased with relora max, it definitely improved my life. No more anxiety or depression! I used to feel the same way. Please take this into consideration. It worked for me, although I am not you. you may have either one or none of them Hi, I am the author of http://panicattackresearch.blogspot.com |
