Some one with Anxiety Disorder or Family members with this disorder please help!!?

My sister has been going to this dr for about a year now and getting Klonopin and now she is getting ambien from this dr. I am convinced she is only getting these medications because she just wants to "feel good" every now and then. But she is convinced herself that she actually has this disorder. So even if she does have anxiety I tell her that she needs to be talking to a therapist about her problems because she doesn't want to be taking this medication for the rest of her life. But she thinks that just the medication alone and talking to the dr that is prescribing this stupid drug is all she needs. I've been to this dr before because I have depression and I wasn't too impressed with her. So I guess my question is what can I do to convince my sister that she does need therapy and not just the meds? This girl is extremely stubborn!!

Watch the movie: "Runs With Scissors" with her. Talk to her about her anxiety, sometimes a friend or a relative can help people sort out there own thoughts. Do not criticize or condemn her for her use of drugs. She should eventually see that if she is going to grow, she needs to be fully aware. The movie will point that out.
