How to overcome social anxiety disorder at 15?


im 2 days into my freshman year and the only thing in my way of my whole life right now (or more realistically my high school life) is my social anxiety disorder. i like people but i only have a couple real friends because im too afraid to make friends at my high school i barely talk to them... i hate the ******* ridiculous fear i get when im going to start talking to someone casually so i end up not talking at all and walking by

please ******* help

i cant go through 4 years of highschool without one friend
what real self-help solution can i follow to overcome this damn feeling

im not telling anybody ive been too humiliated by my mom who tries to call it autism and this has embarrassed me severely over the past 3 years in front of kids i used to talk to and my old teachers

what surefire practice can i do to simply get rid of the freakin nervousness i get when im conversing with kids my age

I started out taking prozac 20mg daily.. then it dropped to 10mg and now I am just taking 5mg and still doing very well. I might be considering taking medication off my life.
