How do you live life. If your mentally ill a drug addict with a personality disorder and an anxiety disorder? hey my friend! at that time that was really hard for myself to quit this, and start a new happy healthy life,i really needed some one to help me! if they did ,i just kindly accept the help and quit this bad habbit,that ruin my family and my life! but beilve me life is nicer without drugs, when u quit it, anxiety ,depression, all ur problems go away, be strong, be patient, want god to help u . God created us to do sth in this world, to be useful,to enjoy, to study, to have children, come on, change ur life, tomorrow is late just now, right now One thing at a time. Get off the drugs first. You have a lot of problems, but not without hope or solution. What would you do if the water in the bathtub was about to drown you? Pull the plug and let some of the water out. That's all you need to do....start with ONE problem and kick it, then move to the next problem. If you can go from 4 problems to 2, you are halfway there. Find a support group. I KNOW it sounds like SOS...but NA and AA really do help if you find the right home group. been there...you have to get yourself clean and some of the other things will improve.You have to know that drugs make the mental illness worsen...if you think they are meds you are so wrong.It will take a few months for the fog to lift but if you can make it...God will reward you. you are not alone. the lyrics of this bands songs are definitely related to what you are feeling. you might find the inspiration to take the steps necessary to move forward with you life. give them a listen. hate me today is a great song to start with.what do you have to loose. visit www.blueoctober.com go to their open book heading,click on blue october, then on share your stories here, and start reading....many of their fans after listening to their music have been compelled to share their stories i hope you will be inspired to do the same. my story is under author name "unbroken" . |
