For anxiety disorder, is a multivitamin enough b vitamins?


or should b complex be taken as well as a multivitamin?

Definitely. There's no reason to load yourself up on them in excess of the normal daily requirements unless you've got some sort of bizarre chemical problem and your doctor has actually told you to do so. Maintaining general good health is one of the better things you can do for any mental illness.

Besides, overloading on some of the b vitamins can be rather dangerous, depending on how much you take.

Vitamins B-6 and B-12 are very effective for anxiety. Give it a try!

No try XANAX. Vitamin B did nothing but make me piss a lot!
