Do i have an anxiety disorder? ?

whenever i am stressed or even bored etc.. i pick at my skin.. ive actually scarred myself on my legs.. for some reason picking at my skin relaxes me

I have to admit, yes I do..

I have a desperate need to "pick" my foot..
I seem to produce so much hard skin, with many areas that give pain..

It comforts me to "rip" that away..
To get rid of something that causes pain...

It is my comfort just now ..

well u really cant tell by that do like to eat alot what do u fell about food or do u even eat alot
