Panic attack, heart disorder, anxiety? |
I get palpitations ALOT. I once got them when I was riding my horse and it slipped so I got real scared and got them. Another time that it happend relating to fear or anxiety was when I was talking to my friend whom I am real shy around and got them. I also sometimes get them in dreams. But most of the time they are mainly out of nowhere. 16, female, caucasian, 115, 5"3 I think you actually need some treatment for your anxiety as its at a level that interferes with you living a normal happy life. Hello, Um wow your problem sounds just as what I do. See 2 years ago when I was in 5th grade I passed out in the middle of the hall way. I went to the hospital and they said I was just dehydrated and I thought that was just not right. And well I drank TONS of water and I passed out in my house and they still said I was. And well I figured out today. See I already new I had a little hole in my heart. But I never thought this could have been the resin why. The resin why I had all thos feelings was cause the little hole in my heart. I have a Q on here thats about it. And I have to have Heart surgery soon. I'm kinda scared tho. I'm only 12... Hey, after I read this it sounded just like the problems i dealt with for awhile, until I hit 22 recently. I used to get hot, dizzy, exhausted, and all I could ever think about was my chest hurting. Am I going to die? and why won't anyone help me! My chest doesn't feel right! I went to the doctors and emergency room all that stuff, and they told me I had "Heartburn" to I had "Arthritis in my joints". I didn't believe it. But I wanted to share my wisdom on what I did and what I noticed. First off, I noticed that all I did was obsess about my chest pain. I was so scared and all I ever did was worry if I was having a heart attack. This led to anxiety and panic attacks. So now all I worried about was this anxiety, and finally I felt the dizziness and burning up. Then I thought oh man this is the end, I have something wrong because I am getting dizzy. Looking back at all of it now, I can tell you that anxiety was the cause of ALL of it. I started taking antidepressants, and over time I just stopped obsessing about it, and then finally I hardly ever think about it. And my chest only hurts WHEN I THINK ABOUT IT. I realize now that I was getting so anxious I was making myself dizzy, or nauseous which further made me sicker. But I remember how tough of a time I had with all of it.. It sucked! So my advice to you is you HAVE to tell yourself that you are fine! 3 doctors told you so. You are young, and not fat, so why would it be your heart??? If you think you might feel anxious then I would be getting to the doctors office to get antidepressants. Anyway, If this sounded similar to your problem then I hope i helped. kgray35@yahoo.com is my email if you want to talk further or need someone who understands. Anywho, good Luck! |
