What to do about an anxiety disorder? |
Umm, so, I'm almost positive I have an anxiety disorder. I'm scared of just about everything, paranoid, depressed, shakey all the time, etc. I do NOT want to be on any anti-anxiety or anti-depressants, my mother took those and they ruined her. I don't think I can go to a psychiatrist, since I'm so young, and my family doesn't think I should see one. (Since they don't believe I have a disorder.) Any ideas...? How old are you? meditate, get a lot of exercise, and for an hour a day, train yourself to think about absolutely nothing. |

How old are you? Also if you have history of mental illnesses in your family i would strongly suggest seeing a psychologist they do not prescribe medication. However they might recommend you seein... Take her to the vet and tell them the symptoms. Acepromazine is often prescribed to relax a dog. Also Reconcile is another option.
